Terms and Conditions (T&C) for ASAWIME's paid conference:

1. Registration and Payment: - Attendees must complete the registration process to secure their spot at the conference. - Payment of the conference fee is mandatory for participation. - The conference fee is non-refundable, but it may be transferable upon approval by ASAWIME.

2. Event Access: - Attendees will receive unique access credentials for the conference, and these should not be shared or transferred without explicit consent from ASAWIME. - ASAWIME reserves the right to deny access to any participant who violates the terms or engages in disruptive behavior during the conference.

3. Intellectual Property: - All conference materials, including presentations, documents, and recordings, are the intellectual property of ASAWIME. - Attendees agree not to reproduce, distribute, or share any conference materials without prior written consent from ASAWIME.

4. Code of Conduct: - Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner during the conference. - Harassment, discrimination, or any form of disruptive behavior will not be tolerated, and ASAWIME reserves the right to take appropriate action, including expulsion from the event.

5. Cancellation or Modification: - ASAWIME reserves the right to cancel, modify, or reschedule the conference for unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, registered participants will be notified promptly, and alternative arrangements may be provided.

6. Privacy Policy: - ASAWIME will collect and process personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Attendees consent to the collection and use of their data for conference-related purposes.

7. Liability: - ASAWIME is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expenses incurred by participants during the conference. - Attendees are responsible for their own safety and well-being during the event.
